To care for your delicate, hand-embroidered or crocheted garments, we recommend either dry cleaning or carefully hand washing them using the following steps:

1. Soaking: Dissolve a small amount of mild detergent in cold water. Submerge the garment for about five minutes, then gently wash.

2. Rinsing: Lightly rub the embroidered areas by hand and rinse thoroughly with cold water to remove all detergent.

3. Drying: To prevent color fading, avoid direct sun exposure. Hang your garment in the shade or during the evening on rust-proof hangers to dry.

4. Ironing: Always turn the garment inside out before ironing. Use a light touch and never iron directly over the embroidery. Avoid using lint rollers on embroidered sections.

Since all our products are made to order, please allow 20-25 days for production, starting from the date your payment is confirmed. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation along with a tentative dispatch date and periodic updates on your order's status.

Domestic Shipping (India): Estimated delivery time is 5-6 days from dispatch.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-12 days from dispatch.

You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped, and we'll keep you updated on its progress.

Made-to-Order Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made pieces.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require video evidence of the issue for consideration. Once received, our team will review and determine whether a refund or remake is applicable.

Returns: All sales are final. Returns are only accepted in cases of defects or incorrect items, and video evidence is required within 48 hours of delivery for us to consider any return.

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges on one-of-a-kind items. For other items, exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping.
